  • Cash On Delivery available in all cities of Pakistan.
  • Delivery Time is 1 to 5 working days nationwide depending on the city and weather conditions.
  • Delivery Charges within Pakistan: Rs 250.
  • Free Delivery over orders of Rs 15,000 in Pakistan.
  • Enjoy Free Signature Packaging on every purchase.
  • 50% advance payment is required on orders above 10,000 PKR. While 50% payment can be done via Cash on Delivery. 
  • Customized orders and pre-orders require at least 50% advance payment for confirmation of order at the time of booking. A Gold Story can request customer to pay full advance payment for a customized order in select cases. 
  • 50% advance payment is required for vague addresses without a house or street number, hostels and hospitals. 
  • Cash on delivery is not available for villages not covered by the courier services of Pakistan. Village addresses may be requested a 25% advance deposit or full advance payment. 
  • International Shipping can be calculated at the checkout page. A Gold Story uses the most authentic courier services available for shipping jewelry items internationally. The shipping rate may change slightly over the time as USD to PKR conversion rate changes (All shipping companies change the shipping charges according to USD to PKR conversion rate).
  • The custom charges applied by a country are to be paid by the customer.
